For all reservations, we require a minimum deposit of 50% or your credit card number together with its expiry date. Reservations within 7 days prior to the arrival date may only be made with a credit card number and expiry date as guarantee. We also advise you to use our cancellation insurance, which is 5% of the booking amount. The Uniform Terms and Conditions of the Hospitality Industry in the Netherlands apply to all bookings. The following conditions apply to all arrangements:
Rates are per person on the basis of two people sharing one room.
Supplement for a single room amounts to € 30,00 per night
Supplement for a room with parkview amounts to € 10,00 per night
Supplement for a Junior suite amounts to € 100,00 per night
Supplement for a family room amounts to € 100,00 per night
Supplement for an en suite room amounts to € 20,00 per night
Supplement for a babyroom amounts to € 20,00 per night

Children under the age of 3 may stay free of charge. Children under the age of 12 are entitled to a discount (price indicated per arrangement) as long as they share a room with 2 adult guests. If the arrangement includes dinner, children from 3 till 12 years are entitled to a three course children’s menu. A third person over the age of 12 sharing a double room is entitled to 25% discount on the price of the arrangement.
All arrangements should be booked a minimum of 3 days before arrival. Only a limited number of rooms are available per arrangement. It is not possible to interchange different parts of the arrangements and/or exchange them for money.
Dinners are served in the restaurant ‘Zee&Land’. Smoking is not permitted in this restaurant. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed in our restaurant.
If you wish to park on our premises, this costs € 8.75 per car per day (maximum € 43.75 per car per stay). If you wish to remain in Domburg for longer on the day of your departure, you must nevertheless move your car(s) before 12.00 hours from the car park to different parking facilities in the local area. You can request late check-out from your hotel room on the day of departure but this is only possible if the hotel occupancy allows this – mainly during low season. This day of departure arrangement also applies to the hire of hotel bicycles and beach huts.
All accommodation booked includes a large breakfast buffet. Breakfast is served between 7.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. Hotel guests are free to use the swimming pool between 07:30 – 11:00 and 16:00 – 19:00.
Rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. and should be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. We only take weekend bookings for a minimum of 2 nights and Public Holiday bookings for a minimum of 3 nights.
For € 35.00 per person, you can make unlimited use of the wellness facilities during your stay. You can also opt for 2-hour use for € 19.50 per person. Bathrobes, slippers and towels are included with the entrance fee.
